Ms Cross is an Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Paradigm where she provides client onboarding support, company administration and compliance support to the Partners.
Prior to joining Paradigm, Ms Cross worked at Walkers Law Firm in the Global Investment Funds Group as an executive legal assistant role assisting with Company, Partnership, Limited Partnership and Foreign Company Incorporations and Registrations.
Prior to Walkers Ms Cross worked Intertrust Corporate Services (Cayman) Limited for several years in a senior executive assistant role supporting the Directors Funds team.
Prior to that, Ms Cross worked in the United Kingdom at Fidelity International for the Government Institutions Group and KPMG within the People Services and Employment Tax group.
Ms Cross is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and holds various certificates with the International Compliance Association.
Ms Cross is an Irish national and currently resides in the Cayman Islands.
