Here at Paradigm Governance Partners, we are delighted to announce that we have again bolstered the depth of our services by adding another experienced independent director to our growing team.
Michelle O’Mahony joins from the Maples Group where, for the past ten years, she served as an independent director on a wide range of alternative investment funds including hedge funds, fund of funds, segregated portfolio companies, private equity vehicles and related structures. O’Mahony also administered a portfolio of private wealth and unit trusts clients.
Before this, she was a tax manager at Deloitte in the Cayman Islands specialising in taxation services to hedge funds, private equity funds, US Corporations, structured finance entities and other hybrid alternatives established in the Cayman Islands.
O’Mahony’s experience also includes the provision of audit and advisory services to a wide range of alternative investment funds. She also worked as an accounts officer at First Caribbean International Bank in the Cayman Islands responsible for the review and analysis of applications for commercial real estate, business loans and lines of credit for high-net-worth individuals and businesses.
