At Paradigm Governance Partners, we are committed to supporting our local community and the causes that make a difference. In recent months, team members have proudly taken part in some incredible events aimed at raising awareness and funds for a number of worthy organisations.

In early April, members of our team participated in the 2025 Deputy Governor’s 5K Walk/Run, uniting the community under the inspiring theme: Empowering with Every Step. We were honoured to sponsor young athletes from Speed Athletics Track Club to participate in the event, supporting runners aged 7 to 21. A special shoutout to Darrell Porter, a Paradigm employee and Head Coach of the Club, who was thrilled to share that the event was an outstanding success for the young athletes who secured many medals. It was heartwarming to see so many people come out to support this event. The proceeds will benefit the Cayman Islands Girls’ Brigade, the Cayman Islands Scouts Association, and One2One.

On March 1, Paradigm staff were out in the community again, this time participating in Light up the Night, an evening beach walk in support of the Cayman Breast Cancer Foundation, a not-for-profit charitable organisation established to provide financial support to several local charities working in the field of breast cancer education and providing aid for treatment costs. It was great to see so many people out in support. Thank you to the organisers, sponsors, and volunteers.

Finally, thank you to our Paradigm Picklers, including Geoff Ruddick, Leo Kassam, Nic Corsetti and W William Woods, who participated in the 3rd Annual BDO Pickleball Invitational Championship. We joined forces with over 40 firms from Cayman’s financial services industry, all working together to make a meaningful impact in our community. Some CI$15,000 was raised for Cayman’s ARK – Acts of Random Kindness. Well done to all the organisers, sponsors, and participating teams. We look forward to next year!

Also, in the spirit of community, The Cayman Gaelic Football 2025 Harneys league kicked off on Friday 7th February. Paradigm Governance is delighted to be one of the individual league team sponsors to Buffers Alley for the 2025 league. We are proud to support its ongoing success and wish all the teams participating in this year’s competition the best of luck. Thank you to Manraj Singh, Sponsorship Officer, Cayman Islands Gaelic Football Club for presenting us with two of our sponsored team shirts.
