At Paradigm Governance Partners, we take pride in supporting and participating in a variety of events that bring value to both our industry and the community. Over the past few months, our team has been actively involved in initiatives that inspire professional growth, raise mental health awareness, and strengthen team bonds.
In April, a number of the team enjoyed GAIM Ops Cayman 2025 conference! We were fortunate to have many members of our team attend both the main event and various side gatherings throughout the week. It was an excellent opportunity for learning, sharing ideas, and making connections—both through insightful conference sessions and engaging networking events. From reconnecting with long-time contacts to building new relationships, the week delivered exactly what GAIM Ops is known for: world-class content, seamless organisation, and an invaluable platform for the investment operations and governance community. In addition to GAIM, we also had representation at some overseas industry conferences during the quarter, in Miami, New York, and Hong Kong.
In February, we attended the wonderful 100 Women in Finance ‘Hearts on Fire’ Gala! We were delighted to learn that the proceeds from this year’s gala will continue to provide local scholarships and support for local Cayman programs that align with the 100WF vision. Additionally, the proceeds will also support the design and implementation of the Cayman-based 100WF LaunchMe Mentorship Program.
Finally, we would be nothing without our people. Earlier in the year, our team had the chance to do some team building while learning the art of pizza making, the authentic Italian way, before crafting their own personalized pizzas.
Allora Cayman provided the perfect setting for our pizza making masterclass. A big thank you to Roberto and his team at Allora Cayman for a memorable experience. We proudly took home our certificates and takeaway recipe cards.
