Prior to working for Intertrust, Tanya worked with the law firm Nelson & Co as a paralegal providing legal and corporate support to its private client department and corporate department, including managing a busy corporate services client portfolio.
Prior to arriving in the Cayman Islands, Tanya worked with the law firm TLW in the UK where she also completed her legal training and qualified as a UK lawyer in 2008. Tanya also spent several years living and working in the British Virgin Islands in an office management role.
Geoff Ruddick, our Partner, said: “During these changing and challenging times for the funds industry and with the increase in the regulatory requirements generally, Paradigm’s service model and solid approach to corporate governance continues to be well received. We are delighted to have someone of Tanya’s calibre and experience join Paradigm to further complement the existing governance team. We continue to attract talent with a diverse skillset and are thrilled to welcome Tanya.”
