Here at Paradigm Governance Partners, we understand the importance of encouraging and investing in a new generation of young talent – something that can also help bring us closer to our local communities on Cayman.

For these reasons, we are delighted to announce that we have kickstarted an annual internship programme – and this summer we welcomed our very first intern into our business.

Copeland Hull is studying accounting at the International College of the Cayman Islands and is in his final year of study. Our internship is designed to offer young Caymanian students an opportunity to gain an insight into a fiduciary services business and the various facets of our operations.

Geoff Ruddick, Partner, said:

“We are delighted to begin this initiative and welcomed Copeland into the business as our summer intern. During his time with us, Copeland had exposure to the various functions within our firm which provided a valuable opportunity to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical experience. We hope our annual internship programme can represent an exciting opportunity for young Caymanian students to gain an insight into what we do, build a foundation for their future careers, and give them a sense of the opportunities this industry can offer. Through the programme, we endeavour to mentor and provide summer interns with practical hands-on experience across the various aspects of our business.”
