A native of the Cayman Islands, Regina holds dual citizenship in the Cayman Islands and the UK. With over 20 years of experience in corporate governance, banking, investments, and securities, she brings a strong background in regulatory compliance, client relationship management, and administrative leadership.
Regina has held key roles in several financial institutions, where she has demonstrated expertise in streamlining processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and providing high-level support to senior executives. Her experience includes managing corporate entities, handling regulatory filings, and ensuring compliance.
Her professional journey includes positions such as client relationship manager at CSC, corporate administrator at Mourant Governance Services, and assistant vice president at MaplesFS, among others. Throughout her career, Regina has been instrumental in corporate administration, statutory compliance, and team mentorship, consistently fostering strong client relationships and ensuring adherence to evolving regulatory frameworks.
Regina holds certifications from the Canadian Securities Institute and the University College of the Cayman Islands, with specialized coursework in Investments & Securities and Mutual Fund Investing. She is also a registered member of ICSA (2024) and is actively pursuing the foundation certification, reinforcing her dedication to professional excellence in corporate governance.
