Dir, is a partner of Paradigm Governance Partners, a Cayman Islands based provider of governance and fiduciary services to the investment funds industry, and serves as a director on the boards of alternative investment funds and special purpose vehicles. Mr. Ruddick is a Canadian Chartered Accountant, a member of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts, a member and fellow of the International Compliance Association, a member of the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants, a founding member of both the Cayman Islands Directors Association and the Recovery & Insolvency Specialists (Cayman) Association, and holds the Accredited Director designation granted by the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Canada. He is a Professional Director registered pursuant to the Cayman Islands Directors Registration and Licensing Law, 2014.

Nic Corsetti

Nic Corsetti, CFA, CPA, is a partner of Paradigm Governance Partners Limited, a Cayman Islands based provider of governance and fiduciary services to the investment funds industry. He has worked in the financial services sector for more than 20 years, and currently acts as a professional director for clients including investment funds and non-bank holding companies. Previously, Mr. Corsetti was the General Manager of EFG Bank, Cayman Branch and a Director of EFG Wealth Management (Cayman) Ltd. In this joint role, Mr. Corsetti managed a team of 19 employees while also providing banking and investment advisory services to a book of clients that he introduced to EFG.

Dir., is a Partner of Paradigm Governance Partners Limited, a Cayman Islands based provider of independent director services, distressed fund and value recovery services, family office services, outsourced financial reporting services, as well as economic substance and AML compliance services. Mr. Kassam has worked in the financial services sector in the Cayman Islands for more than 23 years with extensive experience in corporate governance, hedge fund operations as well as audit.

Cary Marr

Cary Marr serves as a professional independent director on the boards of hedge funds, private equity funds, traditional long-only funds, and investment management companies. He is well versed in the governance and regulatory issues facing investment managers with more than 25 years of experience in the offshore funds sector between the Cayman Islands and Bermuda. In addition, Cary has an extensive background in audit, accounting, financial reporting and fund administration.

Before joining Paradigm, Cary spent 7 years at International Management Services Ltd., where he held the position of Fund Director.  He provided directorship services to a multi-billion asset under management, diverse book of clients spanning the offshore fund spectrum.

Ms. McGeever is a Fellow of The Chartered Governance Institute (FCG) (formerly the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and holds the Accredited Director designation granted by the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Canada. Laura serves as an independent director on the Boards of alternative investment funds including hedge funds, crypto funds, venture capital, fund of hedge funds, and private equity vehicles (including governance and advisory committees). She is a Professional Director registered pursuant to the Cayman Islands Directors Registration and Licensing Act, 2014.

Miles Perryman

Miles Perryman is a professional independent director and in the course of the last fourteen years has served on the boards of hedge funds, managed account funds and general partners of private equity structures. Miles has assisted investment managers with the implementation of AIFMD, FATCA & CRS, the Volcker Rule, Beneficial Ownership Register rules, Economic Substance Law, and the Private Funds Law.

Before moving into the field of fiduciary and governance services, Miles practiced tax law in the corporate tax department of the global law firm, Allen & Overy (1998-2007). Miles provided structuring and transactional advice to a range of clients from financial institutions, multi-national corporates to fund managers and entrepreneurs, advising on a wide variety of transactions.

W. William Woods

W. William Woods currently serves as a professional independent director on the boards of corporations, hedge funds, private equity funds, and traditional long-only funds and as an Independent Review Committee (IRC) member for several Canadian investment fund groups. He is well versed in the governance and regulatory issues facing investment managers and investment funds, with more than 26 years of experience in the offshore funds sector between the Cayman Islands and Bermuda. He is an expert on setting up and running IRCs, as he co-founded and was the President and CEO of Independent Review Inc. in Canada for 15 years. He is a Professional Director registered pursuant to the Cayman Islands Directors Registration and Licensing Act, 2014.

Jessica Samadi, CPA, is an Accounting & Operations Manager at Paradigm Governance Partners, a Cayman Islands based provider of governance and fiduciary services to the investment funds industry.

Prior to joining Paradigm, Jessica worked at KPMG Cayman Islands where she worked within the Insurance and Enterprise audit practice. During this time, she worked on some of the island’s largest enterprise companies as well as taking the lead in various captive audits.

Tanya Jamieson

Tanya Jamieson, LLB (Hons), is a Fiduciary Support Co-ordinator at Paradigm Governance Partners Limited, a Cayman Islands based provider of governance and fiduciary services to the investment funds industry.

Ms Jamieson has experience in providing corporate secretarial, fund governance and compliance support to the boards of various corporate vehicles, including investment funds, private funds, trusts, etc. Ms Jamieson is also a UK qualified lawyer since 2008.

Ms Cross is an Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Paradigm where she provides client onboarding support, company administration and compliance support to the Partners.

Prior to joining Paradigm, Ms Cross worked at Walkers Law Firm in the Global Investment Funds Group as an executive legal assistant role assisting with Company, Partnership, Limited Partnership and Foreign Company Incorporations and Registrations.

Prior to Walkers Ms Cross worked Intertrust Corporate Services (Cayman) Limited for several years in a senior executive assistant role supporting the Directors Funds team.

Kenneth Adumekwe

Kenneth Adumekwe, ACIS, MICA, LLB (Hons), is the Head of Regulatory Services at Paradigm Governance Partners, a Cayman Islands based provider of governance and fiduciary services to the investment funds industry. Mr. Adumekwe is an Associate of The Chartered Governance Institute (FCG) (formerly the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators), holds an International Diploma in Anti Money Laundering from the International Compliance Association and holds an LLB (Hons) degree in Law and Politics from Cardiff University. Ken serves as the AML Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer for the Company and provides regulatory compliance support for the Company and its clients.

Mr. Essner serves as a director on boards of alternative investment funds including hedge funds, fund of hedge funds, and private equity vehicles as a Professional Director registered pursuant to the Cayman Islands Directors Registration and Licensing Law, 2014.

Prior to joining Paradigm, Mr. Essner was a Partner of Trian Partners, a multi-billion dollar investment management firm, and was its Chief Financial Officer from its 2005 founding through his retirement from Trian in May 2019.

Mr Mazin retired from the full-time practice of law at the end of 2019. For the entirety of his legal career, Mr Mazin practiced corporate law in New York or New Jersey, and continues to be a member of the Bar in good standing in each of these states. Mr. Mazin’s practice was focused on a broad range of matters in the representation of private investment funds and investment advisers, as well as other financial services firms.
